We Preach What We Practice

Yes, right. We were over “practice what you preach” a long time ago.
Did you know?
- Starboard helped initiate an Environmental committee in the Joint Foreign Chamber of Commerce Thailand and explores introducing a tax reduction for companies that meet CO2 emission targets.
- Starboard signed an MOU with the largest CO2 emitter in South East Asia to work on environmental issues and partnered with the United Nations Innovation Technology Lab for ethical fashion.
- Starboard invested to help create a one-year environmental curriculum program for schools around the world. The program is focused on letting kids explore their super powers to solve today‘s environmental issues as a team. We are empowering kids to become “Ambassadors for the Planet”, finding solutions to challenges that the older generation is unable to solve.
Transparent And Online
This is our success story expressed in numbers.
We thought since we created and put POP in place, we might as well let the World know about our progress.
Our teams of collectors are so eager. They live and raise their children here and love to see how they are the major resistance movement against ocean plastic pollution, just in time at the beach line.
350,000 kg of plastic waste
The team has achieved the goal of collecting 350, 000 kg of plastic waste from waters and beaches in the last year. This transparent online chart will be displayed at any POS where SOMWR is sold.
Our goal is however to help stop the tap on plastic pollution by promoting better packaging and asking for stricter regulations.
